a month ago, a serious accident in the Pan (5 South), at the height of Collipulli, IX Region, causing death, pain and personally, 7 hrs. waiting at the bus while returning from Valdivia Viña until traffic was restored. Perhaps
paradoxical, writing legislation on vehicular cycling in a detention caused by accidents involving motor vehicles, but at those times was born the document which I share through this link http://tinyurl.com/mnl5jj in which my friend Javier put it.
I wrote it for me to order some ideas, but to some @ else out there serves, or has generated some comments, hopefully we can talk.
